​The main subject of the documentary, which was broadcast on many channels of TRT, is "how" rather than "what" was eaten in the palace during the Ottoman Period, which had a very developed culinary culture. As a documentary technique, miniatures were used as moving images in this film for the first time in the world. This documentary, shot with the support of the Ministry of Culture, was broadcast on television in many countries to promote Turkey and was shown at many international fairs.
